The Center for Strategic Development

Formation story

The Center for Strategic Development was formed in July 2019 according to the organizational structure approved by the decision of the Board of Directors of the University No. 9 dated July 24, 2019.

In connection with the adoption of the new University Development strategy for 2022-2026, as well as the expansion of functionality, the center was reformed into the center for strategic development and project management according to the organizational structure No. 17 of May 30, 2022, approved by the decision of the University's Board of Directors.

Main tasks

·        Organization of work on the preparation, development and implementation of the development strategy, as well as other strategic documents defining the development and functioning of key areas of the University;

·        Monitoring and analysis of the achievement of the target indicators of the Development strategy;

·        Informational and analytical support for the implementation of the development strategy and key performance indicators;

·        Improvement of the strategic development system of the University;

·        Methodological support in the development, approval and implementation of operational planning of the University;

·        Monitoring and analysis of the achievement of key indicators of the operational plan;

Activity

·      definition and development of the University's development strategy and preparation of a report on its implementation, as well as work on its adjustment;

·      interaction with structural divisions and collegial bodies of the University on strategic issues;

·      submission of the draft University Development strategy (amendments and additions) for consideration by the University Management Board, the strategic planning and risk management Committee of the University Board of Directors, with its subsequent approval by the University Board of Directors;

·      analysis of the implementation of the main strategic goals at the University and for individual activities of the Center;

·      planning activities aimed at achieving university indicators and measures to implement the development strategy;

·      participation in the development and preparation for approval of efficiency maps of members of the University management board and efficiency of structural divisions of the University;

·      to prepare a report on the performance of the target values of the efficiency maps of the members of the University board and the efficiency of the structural units of the University;

·      development, preparation for approval and monitoring of the implementation of the Operational Plan of the University;

·      conducting a comparative analysis of the activities of the structural units of the University, within its competence, etc.
