List of documents for transfer to the bachelor's specialties of NAO MUA from other medical universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Application addressed to the head of the host university;
2. Application addressed to the head of the university where the student is studying;
3. Transcript from other universities should be for all years of study;
4. UNT / CT certificate (copy);
5. Certificate of state educational grant award (copy);
6. Identity card (copy);
7. Extract from the electronic journal indicating disciplines and current grades;
8. Extract from the order on the appointment of a scholarship;
9. 2 photos 3x4;
10. Extract from the transfer order for the next training course.
    

If an incomplete package of documents is provided, the application of the applicant is not considered by the transfer commission !!!
