The waiting list for a place in the hostel for April 13, 2022.

Applications for accommodation in a University dormitory are submitted via AIS Platonus.

Those who have already received a place in the university dormitory DO NOT APPLY, the application is submitted only by those WHO have NOT RECEIVED a PLACE (students who do not have a preferential category).

Application submission

FIRST OF ALL, STUDENTS FROM SOCIALLY VULNERABLE STRATA OF SOCIETY ARE PROVIDED WITH PLACES IN THE UNIVERSITY DORMITORY.

• Orphaned students left without parental care, from among the graduates of orphanages;

• Disabled students of groups I and II or close relatives (father, mother);

• Students from single-parent families due to loss of breadwinner;

• Students whose parents are related to the Semipalatinsk test site, Baikonur, the Chernobyl explosion and to harmful production that harms human health;

• Students from large families (4 or more children of preschool, school age);

• Students whose parents were participants in combat operations as part of a contingent of international troops;

• Students - oralmans;

• Students are foreigners from far and near abroad.

Applications are ACCEPTED only for students from 1st to 5th courses.

The list of students who have applied will be posted on the University's website.

INFORMATION ON THE CHECK-IN PROCEDURE!!!

Check-in in a student dormitory for students at the address: 35 Zhenis Ave., (reading room).

Working hours from 08.35 to 17.30 with a lunch break from 12:30 to 13:30 hours

Payment for accommodation in the hostel should be made at the branches of JSC "Halyk Bank" or through the application Kaspi.kz

IMPORTANT!!!

Payment should be made only on the student's identity card! Have a payment receipt (copy + original), a copy of the ID card, a photo of 3x4 – 2 pcs., a copy of the vaccination passport
