Ph.D. student in the 3rd year of study of scientific-pedagogical direction on educational program 8D10102 "Medicine" Adilbekova Akkerbez Adilbekova from 27 March to 10 April 2024 have passed foreign scientific internship based on the department of "Cardilolgy and Cardiosurgery" at the Fuwai Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Science (Pekin, China).

The purpose of a scientific internship is to master advanced foreign experience in the field under study, to acquire and consolidate practical skills in applying modern methods of scientific research, as well as to improve professional qualifications for completing a doctoral dissertation.

During the internship, we received consultations with foreign professors on the structure and content of a doctoral dissertation, on writing a scientific article, exchanged experience with the teaching staff, as well as familiarization with scientific works in the field under study. The practical part included the doctoral student’s presence at patient appointments, participation in minimally invasive cardiac surgery, thoracotomy operations, open heart surgery, etc.

The doctoral student completed the scientific internship program in full; at the end of the internship, the doctoral student received a certificate.
