Education

- experience of practical work in the professional field for at least 10 years;

- work experience in senior positions for at least 5 years in accordance with the profile of the activity.

Head of the Center for Youth and Sports

Main job responsibilities

- planning and coordination of the Center's activities;

            - coordination of educational and social activities of the teaching staff of the departments and faculty staff, on the organization of educational and social work in the field of healthcare;

- participation in meetings held at the University when discussing issues related to educational and social work;

- coordination of the development of relations with similar structures of other medical and other universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the CIS;

- formation of a system of incentives and motivations for students aimed at preserving and developing the corporate traditions of the University and the healthcare system;

- implementation of guidelines for the preparation and conduct of preventive, cultural, educational and social events, educational, methodological and scientific-practical conferences and seminars of urban, national and international scale within the walls of the University;

- organization of joint work with government agencies and public organizations in the field of healthcare, medical science, education, technology and sports;

- interaction with potential clients of educational services in sports medicine (public and private sports organizations);

- interaction with the Department for Public Development of the Akimat of Nur-Sultan;

- planning and contributing to the financial support of the Center, allocating funds for cultural and mass work, sports events, encouraging students for active participation in extracurricular activities;

- within the limits of their authority to require the provision of the necessary information to solve the tasks and functions assigned to the Center from other structural divisions of the University;

- holding a meeting with the curators of academic groups of the Council of Curators of the University on the organization and improvement of the educational and social process in accordance with the standards of the health system;

- coordinating the work of the University's student self-government;

- timely inform the heads of departments and curators of the rector's orders, orders of vice-rectors, deans and other documents related to educational and social work at the University and monitor their execution by University staff;

- implementation of measures for the socio-psychological adaptation of first-year students;

- coordination of extracurricular (sports, cultural, scientific, practical, social) work with students;

- represent the interests of the University in the Migration Service Department of the Nur-Sultan Police Department in order to notify of the arrival of foreign students, register foreign students in Jordan, USA, Pakistan, Palestine, issue invitations for entry and exit from the Republic of Kazakhstan of foreign students, as well as the extension of previously issued visas from the University;

- to issue notifications on arrival in Kazakhstan of foreign citizens of Jordan, USA, Pakistan, Palestine to the Department of Migration Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan / on the website www.vnp.kz

- to carry out work to explain to foreign students about the rules of stay in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the rules for applying for a visa, the consequences of violating the rules and terms of stay (1 every 2 months);
