Main job responsibilities

-          take part in the preparation of technical specifications for the purchase of medical equipment together with the chief specialist of the Department for educational and research activities with clear requirements for the supply and installation of equipment in certain premises of the University;

-          organize the provision of medical equipment to the University departments;

-          maintain a register of medical equipment in the laboratories of the University;

-          accept applications for the purchase of medical equipment from structural divisions of the University;

-          check the correctness of the definition in the applications of the University departments of the needs for equipment and components, as well as analyze the compliance with project documentation;

-          draw up consolidated applications with the necessary calculations and justifications;

-          develop schedules for the supply of equipment based on the approved deadlines for completing the supply of equipment;

-          exercise control over the implementation of plans for the provision of medical equipment, over compliance by suppliers with established delivery schedules, the quality and completeness of equipment, the availability of the necessary technical documentation;

-          draw up defective certificates for medical equipment, transfer the certificates to the lawyer of the department of legal support and organization of public procurement for further official correspondence on claims in case of violation of contractual obligations by suppliers;

-          control the correctness of the quantitative and qualitative acceptance of equipment and components, their storage, conservation, timeliness of transfer to the University departments;

-          carry out work to identify excess stocks of medical equipment and components, uninstalled and unused equipment, prepare proposals for its implementation;

-          prepare the data necessary for reporting on the implementation of the plan for providing medical equipment to the University;

-          identify the need to write off or repair medical equipment by receiving applications from the structural divisions of the University;

-          analyze the availability of technical and regulatory documentation for existing and incoming equipment of the University;

-          conduct a semi-annual audit of laboratories and departments that have medical equipment and measuring instruments;

-          maintain the procedure for substantiating the needs of applications for equipment and components, coordinate the preparation of the correct conclusion of contracts with suppliers;

-          draw up a plan for the verification of medical equipment in the educational and research laboratories of the University;

-          carry out individual official assignments of his/her immediate supervisor;

-          take measures to develop various forms of business cooperation with enterprises, organizations, institutions for the establishment of business relations and the possible purchase of the necessary modern medical equipment;

-          maintain the documentation provided for by law and the nomenclature of cases;

-          take part in the development of draft documents related to the activities of the Office;

-          take measures to transfer cases (documentation) to the archive;

-          conscientiously fulfill labor duties stipulated by an individual labor contract and acts of the employer;

-          observe labor discipline and etiquette;

-          take the necessary measures for safety, compliance with the rules for labor protection, fire safety, industrial sanitation;

-          observe the norms of the Code of Corporate Culture and Ethics;
