Main job responsibilities |
1) management of the department; 2) planning, organization and implementation of educational, methodical, educational work, current and final control of students' education in accordance with curricula and programs; 3) training of highly qualified scientific and pedagogical personnel, improving their qualifications in the magistracy; 4) planning and conducting scientific research in fundamental and priority areas for practical healthcare, implementing the results of research and innovative technologies. 5) development of a strategy for the development of the department in the areas and specialties of training, strengthening and development of external relations with employers and educational authorities. Study of the market of educational services and the labor market in the areas and specialties of training at the department; 6) implementation of educational programs of the state higher professional and postgraduate education in the profile of the department; 7) assessment of the quality of the content of educational programs (disciplines), making changes to the educational program (disciplines) based on the results of the assessment; 8) development of an intra-departmental quality system for training specialists. Definition of pedagogical methods and means of teaching in order to ensure the high quality of the educational process. Organization of all types of training sessions in all forms of training; 9) approval of curricula in the disciplines of the department. Preparation of conclusions on the curricula of other departments of the faculty and university; 10) implementation of comprehensive educational and methodological and organizational and methodological support of the educational process according to the profile of the department, conducting training and production practices; 11) approval of the educational and methodological complex of disciplines of the department; 12) conducting all types of training sessions, supervises diploma projects, training of residents, research work and dissertations of undergraduates and PhD doctoral students; 13) conducting research work at the department and testing innovative technologies; 14) ensuring the achievement of the effectiveness of the execution of research projects (foreign, contractual, state, commercialized projects, joint with scientific organizations, including international ones); 15) ensuring the implementation of the results of scientific research in practical healthcare (obtaining security documents, certificates of implementation in practical healthcare, patents; 16) evaluation of dissertations, scientific articles, monographs, textbooks prepared for publication; 17) attracting students to research work (SSS, SMU, ongoing research projects); ensuring the publication of scientific works of students, including in international peer-reviewed journals; obtaining security documents with the participation of students; ensuring the participation of students in Olympiads, scientific conferences and competitions of scientific papers; 18) ensuring the effectiveness of research activities: publication of a monograph of republican significance (with an ISBN index); publication of articles in journals with an impact factor; publications (articles) in the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the CIS, in foreign countries, in international publications; publications (articles) in English; publication of articles in peer-reviewed publications; 19) organization and management of introductory and educational-industrial practice of students, term papers and theses |

A person who has expressed a desire to participate in the competition, within the deadline for accepting the documents specified in the announcement, submits the following documents to the university on purpose or by mail:
1) application form, according to the appendix;
2) a copy of the identity document;
3) summary, short– and medium-term plan (1.3 years) pre-orientation;
4) copies of educational documents and appendices to them, one copy at a time.
Acceptance of documents for participation in the competition is carried out within 10 (ten) working days from the date of publication of the announcement.
