Leading specialist of the Department of social and educational activities
NJSC "Astana Medical University" is searching for a qualified employee for the position of a leading specialist of Department of social and educational activities

Responsibilities:
1) collection and preparation of lists and documents for the provision of social assistance to socially vulnerable students: orphans, children left without parental care, and graduates of orphanages during their education;
2) monitoring of the socially vulnerable group of students;
3) surveying to determine the level of satisfaction with the social assistance provided to the socially vulnerable group of students;
4) conducting sociological surveys among student youth to determine their degree of adaptation in the university, as well as the presence and nature of problematic issues that hinder their successful acclimatization;
5) facilitating the integration of the activities of various government and public organizations and institutions to provide necessary socio-economic assistance to students;
6) preparation of information for social networks and the University's website;
7) submission of necessary materials and documents for students from socially vulnerable categories to the relevant authorities;
8) participation in the planning and organization of educational and social work;
9) diligent performance of one's duties, timely and accurately executing the instructions of the supervisor;
10) ensuring the preservation of property and equipment in proper condition, maintaining documentation in accordance with the established classification of cases.
11) submission for the director's consideration of proposals for improving educational and social work;
12) interaction with other structural divisions of the University;
13) interaction with student organizations;
14) planning and organizing student participation in seminars, conferences, competitions, festivals, meetings, and round tables at the republican, city, and university levels on issues of patriotic and civic development of youth, formation of a healthy lifestyle, development of national culture, etc.;
15) interaction with student organizations of the University;
16) organizing student participation in events at the university, city, republican, and international levels.

Candidate requirements:
- higher education;
- experience working in government structures for at least 2 years;
- knowledge of Kazakh, Russian, and English languages.

Additional requirements:
- ability to manage an Instagram page.

Specialist of the Department of Accreditation and Quality Management
NJSC "Astana Medical University" is searching for a qualified employee for the position of a specialist of the Department of Accreditation and Quality Management.

Responsibilities:
1)  Execution of verbal and/or written assignments from the Deputy Director and Director of the Department of Accreditation and Quality Management;
2) Participation in the self-assessment process and preparation for institutional accreditation and accreditation of the University's educational programs;
3) Organizing the preparation of self-assessment reports, as well as post-accreditation monitoring and external expert commission visits within the framework of institutional and specialized program accreditation;
4) Preparation and conducting of internal audits of departments and structural units to verify compliance with ISO 9001 and ESG standards;
5) Drafting internal orders within the competence of the Department;
6) Organizing and collecting feedback based on stakeholder survey results;
7) Gathering information from structural units for data analysis and reporting to the Chairperson of the Management Board – Rector in areas under the Department’s competence;
8) Maintaining the catalog of the University’s internal regulatory documents;
9) Assigning codes to the University’s internal regulatory documents;
10) Monitoring the accreditation status of research laboratories;
11) Compiling the University’s business process registry;
12) Reviewing drafts of internal regulatory documents for compliance with documentation management standards;
13) Preparing meeting minutes and timesheets.

Requirements:
  • ISO 9001 QMS internal auditor certificate;
  • Certificate in business process modeling in BPMN notation;
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements;
  • Knowledge of BPMN-based business process design;
  • Higher education (preferably in medicine, technical, pedagogical, or legal fields).
