Meeting with employers
The MUA hosted a meeting of graduates of the School of Pharmacy with potential employers. The meeting was attended by the HR manager of a large pharmacy chain AlphaMed and representatives of the pharmaceutical company Solgar: the director of Solgar in Kazakhstan and a medical representative.
Solgar Company held a master class on the topic "Medical marketing and effective brand promotion".
HR manager Alfamed held a master class to increase the possibility of successful employment: the development of soft-skills, assistance in preparing a resume, passing an interview and working out self-presentation.
At the round table meeting, the issues of raising students' awareness of employment prospects in the company, inviting students to professional practice and business trainings were considered.
Following the meeting, the conditions of memoranda of effective cooperation between employers and the University in the field of dual training and the provision of bases for students to undergo practical training were discussed.
