At the Astana Medical University, was held a meeting between students-future graduates of 2024 and potential employers - representatives of the Departments of Education and medical institutions of cities and regions of Kazakhstan.

Such meetings are traditional and have become part of the interaction built in recent years in the “university-employer” system.

Potential employers from Astana, Akmola, Pavlodar, West Kazakhstan, Kostanay, Karaganda, Ulytau, Kyzylorda, Mangystau, Zhetysu, Turkestan and North Kazakhstan regions, the Zhemchuzhina Stomed Group of Companies, JSC Medical and Health Complex Ok- Zhetpes", LLP "Zerde-Pharma" and future graduates of bachelor's, internship, residency, master's and doctoral programs.

According to the vice-rector of the university, Meruert Gazalieva, the expected graduating class of 2024 will be 1,810 people, including 125 undergraduates, 1,129 internships, and 451 residency graduates (33 specialties). In general, over almost 60 years of operation, our university has graduated more than 28 thousand doctors.

“The purpose of this meeting is to ensure guaranteed employment for young doctors after graduation, which is an important starting step in the life of a novice doctor,” said M.A. Gazalieva said in an address to the participants - Our cooperation greatly inspires students, encourages them to study as much and better as they can, and in the healthcare system this made it possible to create a personnel reserve from among our students.

The experience of joint work between the university and medical institutions shows that university graduates are in high demand, the regions provide them with good social packages in the form of allowances, housing, placement of children in kindergartens, and advanced training for young specialists.

Thanks to this, the foundation that taken from study during the years are not forgotten or lost, but receive logical development on a practical level.
