From June 24 to June 28, the Department of Family Medicine No. 3 hosted a summer school on the topic "Emergency care at the PHC level", which was held at the clinical base of the Department of Family Medicine of the "City Polyclinic No. 10".

The participants of the cycle got acquainted with the urgent conditions that may arise at a general practitioner's appointment. During the summer school classes, students were trained to complete first aid kits for various emergency conditions, such as anaphylactic shock, cardiopulmonary resuscitation, acute coronary syndrome, emergency hypertension, bronchial obstruction, and also studied the principles of first aid at the prehospital stage. The teachers demonstrated teamwork in providing basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation, worked on mannequins. The listeners got acquainted with various codes that are used for notification in the work of PHC, in particular with the "Blue Code" and actions with it.
