Astana Medical University together with Novosibirsk State University of Economics and Management (Russia), held an International scientific and practical conference «Relations between citizens, medical workers and healthcare organizations: Administrative and legal aspects» in Astana Medical University on April 11-12, 2024. The conference is devoted to the celebration of the 60th anniversary of the University.

The purpose of the conference is to create a platform for the exchange of experience and knowledge between leading experts in the field of healthcare and law.

The conference were attended by representatives of government agencies, public organizations, the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation and leading scientists from Kazakhstan, Russia and other foreign countries. In general, more than 35 participants heard reports at the conference, which proves the interest of the various communities in the issues raised by the topic of the conference.

The conference brought together leading specialists and experts in the field of medical law, public administration in healthcare, legal protection of healthcare workers and other related fields. The participation of scientists from various countries in the conference highlights the global importance of these problems.
