On December 11-12, 2024, a cricket tournament for international teams was held at the Astana Medical University, competing for the Rectors Cup. The event was organized by the International Student Association.

A total of 11 teams participated, showcasing high skill and teamwork. After an intense competition, the "Kashmir" team took first place, while the "Zhuldyz" team secured second place.

This tournament became a significant event for the university, contributing to the strengthening of sports traditions and enhancing intercultural connections.
