From June 15 to July 25, 2026, AMU will accept documents for student transfers and reinstatements.

For undergraduate students

Submit applications online via the website:

When uploading documents, please:

upload files only in PDF format;

attach high-quality documents;

ensure that all documents are fully legible.

For students in master’s, doctoral, and other levels of education, documents must be submitted in person.

Student and Staff Service Center

Hours of Works:

Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM;

Lunch break: 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM;

Saturday and Sunday: Closed.

Before submitting documents, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with the provisions of the Academic Policy of the Astana Medical University NAO governing the procedures for student transfer and reinstatement.
