Dear applicants for admission to the PhD program!

The deadline for accepting documents for Pre-selection for admission to doctoral educational programs has been extended until April 11, 2024:

· 8D10101 "Nursing Science";

· 8D10102 "Medicine";

· 8D10103 "Public Health";

· 8D10104 "Pharmacy".

Recall that persons planning to enroll in the PhD program in 2024 provide the following documents to the University's admissions committee (in full-time format or in scanned form by e-mail pk.doktorantura@amu.kz .).

Documents are submitted to the Admissions Committee internallyor online by e-mail:

- When submitting a complete set of documents, the applicant will receive an acknowledgement of receipt;

- if the documents are submitted online, the applicant must call by phone 8 778 357 94 57, 8 778 985 30 95 on the Admissions Office to confirm receipt of the documents; the receipt will be sent to the applicant's e-mail address.

If an incomplete list of documents is submitted, the applicant's application will not be considered.

Applicants appear at the Commission meeting under the protection of the annotation (the time limit of the speech is 10-15 minutes).

The abstract for the presentation should be prepared in the form of a presentation.

The meeting of the pre-selection committee for doctoral candidates for the examination of documents will take place from 08/04/2024 to 12/04/2024.

On the basis of the results of the pre-selection, a decision will be taken on whether or not to admit the applicant to the second stage of admission to training.

Information about the decision will be posted on the University's website the day after the committee meets.

The results of the Preliminary Selection will not be subject to appeal.

Documents for participation in the preliminary selection:

- Application addressed to the head of the organization (application);

- A copy of the identity document;

- A copy of the document on completion of residency or master's degree (for those who have completed residency or master's degree);

- Certificate of residency or Master's degree (for students in residency or Master's degree);

- Resume (personal data, work experience, education, skills, completed courses, seminars, participation in projects and knowledge of foreign languages);

- A document confirming employment, certified by the personnel service at the place of work (work experience of at least 9 months for persons who have completed a master's degree);

- An international certificate confirming proficiency in a foreign language in accordance with the pan-European competencies (standards) of foreign language proficiency (if available; if not, then it is necessary to submit documents for the second stage of admission);

- An official certificate of passing the exam in the state language (KAZTEST) issued by the national testing center (if available; if not, it is necessary to provide for the second stage of admission of documents for training);

- Essay on the choice of specialty in Kazakh or Russian (no more than 2 A4 pages) (essay);

- Abstract of the dissertation research in Kazakh or Russian (abstract);

- List of scientific and methodological works (scientific publications) for the last 3 calendar years (if available) (list of scientific papers);

- Certificates of scientific research; certificates of awarding scientific scholarships; grants; certificates/diplomas for participation in scientific conferences and competitions, etc. (if available).
