The beginning of accepting applications for participation in the selection of performers of services for attracting foreign citizens

NCJSC "Astana Medical University" (hereinafter - the University) announces the start of accepting applications for participation in the selection of service providers to attract foreign citizens to study at the University for the 2022-2023 academic year.

It is necessary to provide documents in accordance with the approved "Procedure for the selection of service providers for attracting foreign citizens to study at NJSC "Astana Medical University", approved at the meeting of the Board No. 10 dated April 25, 2022.

 

1.Terms of the competition

1.1 The start date for accepting documents is the day, the announcement of the selection process was posted on the University's Internet resource.

1.2 Documents must be submitted within ten working days from the date of publication of the announcement, at the address Nur-Sultan, st. Beibitshilik 49a.

2. A package of documents submitted by potential contractors for participation in the Selection

2.1. Before the last date for submitting the application specified in the announcement, the Potential Agent must submit an application to the University on paper at the address Nur-Sultan, st. Beybitshilik 49A (participant seals the original set of documents in an envelope, marking it: "Original". This envelope should have the name of the company (for legal entities), last name, first name, middle name if any (for individuals) and the address of the participant) or on electronic media (rektorat@amu.kz) according to the form in accordance with Annex 1 (attach the application form) to the Procedure for selecting service providers to attract foreign citizens to study at NCJSC "Astana Medical University".

2.2 A potential Agent, in confirmation of its compliance with the qualification requirements established by paragraph 6 of this Procedure, submits an application with the following package of documents:

1) A certificate of state registration of a legal entity in the Republic of Kazakhstan or a certificate of a registered branch or representative office in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) Title documents for the premises sufficient to accommodate the declared number of students (technical passport, sale and purchase agreement, etc.) or a lease agreement, including a contract of intent (if the consumer is not the owner of the premises);

3) A bank statement of transaction details for one year preceding the year of the Selection, to confirm financial stability.

4) Copies of employment contracts with employees;

5) Certificate of absence of any tax debt.

6) A copy of the payment document on depositing a guarantee fee in the amount of five hundred monthly calculation indexes (1MCI for the 2022 yr. is 3063 tenge) established for the corresponding financial year by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the bank account of the University specified in the announcement.

9. In the case of drawing up an application and attached documents in a foreign language, a translation of all documents into the state or Russian language, certified in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is attached.

The Selection Participant may provide additional information regarding his work experience, professional level (copies of documents, recommendations from other universities).

3. Conclusion of the contract

3.1 The Contract is concluded with a potential Agent who has successfully passed the Selection.

3.2 The Contract is concluded with the Agent within three working days from the date of notification of the successful completion of the Selection of this Agent.

3.3 In case of early termination of the concluded agreement with the Agent, Foreign students/students have the right to use the services of another Agent who has successfully passed the Selection or contact the University with a request to help in the selection of the Agent.
