The program of outgoing academic mobility of students and teaching staff within the framework of bilateral agreements and agreements between the AMU and partner universities:

Selection criteria for students:

- lack of academic debt;

- lack of disciplinary sanctions;

- GPA not lower than 3.2 (2.67 - for the Republic of Kazakhstan and CIS countries);

- the presence of prizes in international and republican olympiads / conferences (preferably);

- knowledge of a foreign language of instruction not lower than level B2 (upper-intermediate), which is confirmed by the presence of valid international certificates (IELTS, TOEFL) or a certificate / certificate of the level of foreign language proficiency issued by an educational organization.

If there are other requirements for foreign language proficiency of the receiving party, the requirements of the receiving party apply.

Applicants for academic mobility at the expense of the republican budget are subject to the requirements for the level of GPA and foreign language proficiency in accordance with the order of the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 19, 2008 No. 613.

When selecting Applicants for study within the framework of academic mobility with equal scores, the advantages are (in the following sequence):

1) applicants with a high GPA score;

2) applicants with a high score in a foreign language;

3) orphans or students left without parental care;

4) persons with disabilities since childhood and children with disabilities;

5) applicants from large families.

6) students who have not previously traveled abroad to study at the expense of the financial resources of the university.

Students who previously participated in academic mobility programs at the expense of the financial resources of the University, the republican budget, an international grant can re-participate in the competition, but on condition that the opportunity is given a second time with a GPA of at least 3.6 a third time or more with a GPA of at least 3.6 - 4.0.
