Saidangazin Dias was born in Almaty in 1991. He is a graduate of Astana Medical University. He is also a graduate of Almaty Management University, specializing in Finance, and holds MBA degrees from the Higher School of Public Health, specializing in Public Health, and from Reichman University in Israel, specializing in Innovations in Healthcare. He is a reserve member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve and co-founder of the Kazakhstan Association of Young Healthcare Leaders.
