International scholarship programs

1. BOLASHAQ-HALYQARALYQ STIPENDIIASY https://bolashak.gov.kz/ru

Bolashak (from Kazakh bolashak - future) is an international educational scholarship of the first President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.

The goal of the program is to train personnel and specialists for priority sectors of the country's economy. The program includes both obtaining a scientific degree from higher educational institutions, as well as scientific and industrial internships in leading companies and universities in the world.

2. Global UGRAD International student exchange program https://kz.usembassy.gov/ru/global-ugrad-ru/

The Global UGRAD program is an exchange program from the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the US Department of State that offers a semester at a US university to students who do not have other educational opportunities in the United States.

3. Erasmus+ https://erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu/

Erasmus (Eng. Erasmus) is a non-profit program of the European Union for the exchange of students and teachers between universities of EU member countries, as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Norway, Turkey, Ukraine. The program provides an opportunity to study, do an internship or teach in another country participating in the program. The terms of training and internship can be from 3 months to 1 year each, up to 2 years in total.

JICA is a government organization founded in 1974 for the practical implementation of the Official Development Assistance (ODA) program. Provides assistance to developing countries in human resources development and nation-building for their self-reliant sustainable progress.

NIGINTERN — National Institute of Genetics (NIG)/ Genetics Program, SOKENDAI offers a research internship program for undergraduate and postgraduate students who wish to gain research experience in genetics and related fields in life sciences.
