Full title: Development of Academic Capacity in Global Health in Eastern Europe – Central Asia (BACE)
Implementation period: 2021–2024
Project objective: To enhance universities’ capacity to integrate global health into academic curricula and to establish a regional academic alliance in global health.
Results: Six new accredited courses in Global Health were developed; a Joint Master’s Programme in Global Health was launched at Astana Medical University; and a range of exchange and capacity-building activities for faculty and students were implemented.
