The Department of Academic Activities was established in 2018.
Mission and goals
Planning, organization and coordination of work on the implementation of educational programs, monitoring their compliance with the requirements of State standards of higher professional and postgraduate education, regulations of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan
Activity
- organization and planning of the educational process of the university;
- monitoring the provision of the educational process with educational and methodological documentation at the departments;
- development of normative documents regulating the educational process at the university;
- keeping records of students' academic performance, the process of forming a catalog of elective disciplines, the formation of interim and final certification statements;
- development of planning documentation: work plans, schedule of the educational process, academic calendar in accordance with the requirements of the SES RK; schedules
- maintaining an electronic database of students (monitoring the electronic journal, registration of transcripts, diploma supplements);
- further automation of the educational process;
- accounting and monitoring of the movement of students;
- organization of the procedure for accreditation of educational programs and participation in national and international ratings;
- services of the center "Electronic University": service of students and employees for the issuance of all types of certificates, consultations on tuition fees, conclusion of training contracts, additional agreements, production of identification cards, etc.
