Senior teachers of the Research Institute of Preventive Medicine named after Academician E.D. Dalenov of the NAO "Astana Medical University" Kerimkulova S.Zh., Kosherova P.A., Serikbay S., Tolegenova E.E., undergraduate student Aktanova A.S. and specialists of the National Center for Public Health of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the event dedicated to the World Tobacco Control Day on May 31 "electronic cigarette – entertainment or trend?"

The purpose of the lecture is to tell students about the harmful effects of electronic cigarettes on health during their use. 

During the lecture, a video about tobacco was shown and brochures were distributed.
