On May 30, 2023, a republican forum on the development of psychological activity in higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan was held at the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai in Almaty.

This forum was devoted to the development of the work of the "Psychological Service" sector in higher educational institutions (exchange of experience, increasing the potential of psychologists, etc.), optimization of the process of work of psychologists with students and youth.

According to the program of the forum, in order to exchange experience, a training was held aimed at developing the skills of empathy, goal-setting, the ability to make decisions, both among teachers and students. The trainer of the training was Kusainova Manshuk Askarovna, associate professor of the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty.

Psychologists of the Kazakh National Pedagogical University named after Abai presented the psychological notebook "Shabyttan" for independent personal work of students, and also shared their experience in designing coworking at the university.

In addition, psychologists of higher educational institutions discussed the most pressing issues related to the optimal organization and conduct of individual and group work with students and teachers aimed at their psychological health in a large team size and recurrent stressful situations, as well as documenting the results of work in the form of minutes of sessions, the creation of a card file based on the results of psychological work, taking into account the preservation of confidentiality.

             As a result of the meeting, the participants were issued a certificate of participation in the seminar - training on the topic: "Prospects for the development and integration of psychological values."
