Astana Medical University NСJSC announces a competition for the selection of a partner for joint activities for the implementation of the project “Creation of innovation and educational consortium”, in accordance with the Rules of joint activities for the implementation of projects, approved by the decision of the Board of the Company dated July 5, 2024, № 15 (hereinafter – the Rules).

1. Name of the project:

Creation of an innovation and education consortium

2. Date and time of the deadline for receipt of applications:

Applications for participation in the competition shall be submitted by potential partners or their authorized persons representing their interests on submission of application for participation in the competition on the basis of a power of attorney, in a sealed envelope until 2.00 pm GMT+5, September 16, 2024 at 47 Abai Ave., office 604, 6th floor, Astana, tel. +7 (7172) 57 78 96 (ext. 254), +7 7013355535.

3. Application for participation in the competition

The application of a potential partner shall be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Company's address before the deadline for submission of applications specified above. Packages of documents submitted incompletely and not in compliance with the requirements, containing unreliable information, including carelessly executed (not signed, without seals, etc.) will not be accepted for consideration.

Consideration of applications will be carried out not more than 45 days (forty-five) calendar days from the date of their submission.

 2.1 Financial capabilities of the Potential partner (it is necessary to attach documents confirming financial capabilities, namely Tax reporting on corporate tax as of the end of the year preceding the reporting year, with a mark of the tax authority) financing mechanism: partner's contribution to the project (partner's contribution to joint activities under a joint activity agreement), mechanism of borrowing (if the funds will be raised by the partner independently, or loan obligations will arise from the organization being established)

For the information of the Applicants:

1) The requested documents must be submitted electronically and in hard copy;

2) This list represents the minimum list of documents for project analysis. Additional questions may arise in the process of reviewing the above documents and the Company has the right to request additional necessary documents and references for a full analysis.

4. selection and approval of projects

After the Project has been approved by the Commission, the Project Coordinator shall submit to the Company's Management Board for consideration and approval a Draft Decision defining the terms of cooperation, the main parameters of the Project, the structure and size of shares.

Applications and packages of documents on the Project shall not be returned and shall be kept in the Company.

If the Company's Management Board makes a positive decision on participation in the Project, the relevant joint activity agreements and other documents arising from the cooperation agreements shall be concluded with the Applicant.

The said agreements shall be subject to mandatory registration in the relevant structural subdivision of the Company responsible for legal support.
