By the staff of the Department of Internal Diseases with a course in nephrology, hematology, allergology, immunology a festive concert dedicated to the Republic Day was organized. The event was attended and congratulated by the faculty of the department, students, director of the clinical base - Multidisciplinary City Clinical Hospital No. 1 Sarsenbayev Erbol Zhaksylykovich.
4th year students Altai Arailym and Serik Nurkeldi plunged into the history of the celebration of the Republic Day, which, after a 13-year break, was initiated by the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.Tokayev became red in the calendar, having received the status of a national holiday.
The political, social and cultural significance of the appearance of the new capital of Kazakhstan on the map of the republic is enormous. History knows many cases when new capitals were built on a bare spot. The capital of our state was created on the basis of a small provincial town. Intern of the 6th year Mukashova Yerkezhan performed the song "Elimnin zhuregi- Astana", dedicated to the capital.
The 7th–year intern Nurgali Iliyas "Zhumyr kylysh" and resident nephrologist Nurmash Zhansaya "Kunil Tolkyny" masterfully performed kui on a national dombra instrument.
During the event, the latest news of the University, namely the 60th anniversary of the Alma mater, was highlighted. During its existence, Astana Medical University has trained more than one galaxy of doctors who work for the benefit of the Motherland. 4th year student Asetuly Ali spoke about the achievements of the University and conveyed to the audience the congratulations of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.Tokayev to the staff of the Astana Medical University.
I am glad that future doctors are talented and comprehensively developed. Evidence of this was their bright, multi-genre performances, and one of them, a 4th-year student, Makul Nurakhan, composed a verse in honor of the holiday and delivered a monologue "Alash Zhastary!".
In the final part, the audience amicably performed the patriotic song "Atameken" about love for the Motherland. During the choral singing, 4th year students with a flag, girls, boys with flags came to the center, demonstrating the spirit of patriotism and love for the Motherland.
At the end of the event, the head teacher of the department, PhD, Associate professor of the department Zhanna Eshmagambetova thanked the participants for the festive concert and stressed the importance of patriotic education among students who in the future are called to serve the people by providing medical care. To the active participants of the event, the head of the department, MD, Professor S.Baidurin, MD, Professor G.Rakhimbekova were presented with certificates of appreciation.
