The training concluded with an art-therapy exercise called “I Am a Professional in My Field,” during which each participant created a mask, symbolizing their role as the creator of their own future.
The training resulted in strengthening participants’ self-belief, increasing their motivation for self-development, and fostering a positive mindset for achieving goals. Participants highlighted the usefulness of the training, particularly the relaxation and self-discovery exercises.
