Astana Medical University has introduced a new educational and interactive project – «Sounds Convincing: AMU Speakers» This unique format brings together specialists and students from various medical fields to participate in discussions, presenting arguments in favor of their professions.

In each episode, representatives of different medical specialties share insights about their fields, their importance, and unique features, addressing the question: «Whose specialty is more important?»

In the debut episode of the project, a clinical psychology lecturer and a kinesitherapy student discuss their professions. They explain:

•         what each specialty entails;

•         the tasks professionals in these fields perform;

•         how their work impacts the health and quality of life of patients.

The «Sounds Convincing: AMU Speakers» project is aimed at:

•         promoting medical professions among students and the general public;

•         raising awareness about the diversity of medical fields;

•         developing students’ public speaking and debate skills.
