Astana Medical University hosted its annual Rector’s Cup volleyball tournament among faculty and staff members. Five teams representing various university departments participated in the competition.

The winners of the tournament are:

·        1st place – Team of the Research Institute of Preventive Medicine named after Academician E.D. Dalenov

·        2nd place – Team of the Department of Social and Humanitarian Disciplines

·        3rd place – Team of the Department of Oncology

Volleyball teaches the same values as medicine: attentiveness, teamwork, and fighting for every chance to succeed.
