The Astana branch of the Kazakhstan Trade Union of Healthcare and Public Service Workers “Akniyet” held the final games of the annual Spartakiad. The competition brought together teams from medical and educational institutions across the city, covering 10 sports disciplines: cross-country skiing, bowling, chess, volleyball (men’s and women’s), table tennis, football, athletics, kettlebell lifting, and tug of war.

A total of 37 teams and over 450 athletes participated in the event, including 46 representatives from Astana Medical University.

Based on the results of the competition:
• 1st Place — Astana Medical University (AMU)
• 2nd Place — National Center for Children’s Rehabilitation (NCCR)
• 3rd Place — City Multidisciplinary Hospital №1
