Eligibility Requirements
· Must be a citizen of one of KOICA’s partner countries.
· Must work in the public sector or a government-related organization and be officially nominated by their government.
· For Master’s programs: A Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of professional experience.
· For Doctoral programs: A Master’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience (especially for those who previously studied under the KOICA program).
· Age: Preferably under 40 years old at the time of application.
· Must be in good physical and mental health.
· Must have sufficient command of English (as all courses are taught in English).
· Must not have previously received a KOICA scholarship unless the program allows continuation of studies.
Scholarship Benefits

Application Procedure
1. Choose a suitable KOICA university and program in South Korea.
2. Prepare all required documents: KOICA application form, government nomination letter, passport copy, degree certificate, academic transcripts, etc.
3. Submit the complete application package to the KOICA regional office or the Embassy of the Republic of Korea.
4. Wait for the selection results and admission confirmation, then apply for a visa and prepare for departure to Korea.
