Eighty-seven university units took part in the training, including departments, research institutes, and administrative structures. The seminar was conducted in an in-person format. The program included presentations, practical case studies, and interactive discussions, which allowed participants to gain a deeper understanding of the features of implementing IQAS standards.
The aim of the event was to enhance staff competencies in understanding the role, structure, and tools of IQAS as a key mechanism for ensuring and continuously improving the quality of the educational process.
Participants were introduced to the national quality assurance model, the structure of IQAS standards, current approaches to developing educational programs, student-centered learning, staff recruitment, requirements for learning resources, as well as issues of academic integrity, assessment, and internal monitoring.
