Academic mobility of teachers of the Chair of Public Health and Epidemiology

From February 22 to March 5, 2021, at the invitation of the rector of the NJSC “Karaganda Medical University”, the senior lecturer of the Chair of Public Health and Epidemiology G.K. Yerdenova passed a distance academic mobility on the basis of the School of Public Health and Biomedicine.

Remotely on the Teеms platform, classes were held on the discipline “Fundamentals of Health promotion”, the educational program “6B10106 - Public Health”, for 3rd-year students of the specialty 5B110200 - “Public Health” (areas “Management”, “Epidemiology”).

Classes with students were conducted with the use of various pedagogical technologies, with the analysis of statistical information of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, reports of the WHO, the European Bureau, the Republican Center for Health Development and other organizations.

In general, the approved calendar and thematic plan was successfully implemented, a certificate and a positive review were received from the Dean of Public Health and Biostatistics of the Karaganda Medical University.
