Acceptance of documents for granting the right of preferential travel to certain categories of students (orphans and children left without parental care; children from families eligible for TSA, as well as children from families not receiving TSA, in which the average per capita income is below the subsistence minimum (34302 tenge)) will be made from September 15 to 22, 2021!

DOCUMENTS CAN BE SUBMITTED TO STUDENTS IN AN OFFLINE FORMAT.

To submit documents - 208 office 51 bldg., to the Center for Youth and Sports

Time for receiving documents: from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Lunch break: from 12.30 am to 13.30 pm.

SOCIAL ASSISTANCE DURING THE TRAINING PERIOD IS PROVIDED UPON SUBMISSION OF THE FOLLOWING SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS:

1. A written application in any form of parents or persons replacing them, addressed to the head of the Department for Youth Policy of the city of Nur-Sultan Kambarov K. T.;
2. Certificate from the place of study;
3. A copy of the identity card;
4. Copies of the certificate of approval of guardianship (guardianship), foster care - for orphans and children left without parental care, brought up in families;
5. A certificate confirming that the applicant (family) belongs to the recipients of state targeted social assistance provided by local executive bodies;
6. Information about the income received (wages of working parents or persons replacing them) - for children from families that do not receive state targeted social assistance, in which the average per capita income is below the subsistence minimum;
7. Unemployment certificate;
8. Information about the composition of the family.
