The international peer-reviewed publication "Asian Pacific Journal Cancer Prevention" (APJCP) (included in the Scopus database, Q2, 55 percentile) published another article - Trends of Colorectal Cancer Incident in Kazakhstan. The work was carried out within the framework of the dissertation work of Mauenova Dana and an intern of the 6th year of the Faculty of General Medical Practice of our university, Zhadykova Yerkezhan Nurlankyzy, took an active part in writing this article. Yerkezhan Zhadykova also has a scientific article in the publication recommended by the Committee for Quality Assurance in Education and Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The work was carried out within the framework of the activities of the scientific circle "Re-Search Trends" (supervisor: MD, Professor Igisinov Nurbek Saginbekovich) at the Department of Surgical Diseases with courses of cardiothoracic surgery and CHLH (head of the department PhD, ass. professor Kozhakhmetov Saken Kairullinovich). Since September 2018, 42 articles (16 of them in Scopus) and 83 abstracts (55 of them in Scopus) have been published as part of the activities of the scientific club. We are glad that there are more and more active and successful students, interns, residents, undergraduates and doctoral students at our university.
