Currently, there is a threat of online fraud in the Internet space. Online fraud can involve hiding information or providing false information in order to extort money, property and inheritance from victims. Internet fraud is not considered a separate crime, but includes a range of illegal activities in cyberspace. However, it differs from theft, as in this case the victim voluntarily and knowingly provides the perpetrator with information, money or property. It also differs in that it involves offenders separated in time and space. Please see the brochures below.
