The master class is conducted by the leading pediatric rehabilitologist of Russia, Head of the Department of Rehabilitation of the Center for Congenital Pathology in Moscow (Russia) - Andreas Stromberger. The Master class program provides for topical issues of rehabilitation and rehabilitation therapy for children with congenital disorders of the growth of cartilage and bone tissue (Osteogenesis imperfecta, Achondroplasia).
Within the framework of this master class, the following will be considered:
- Fundamentals of medical rehabilitation - concept, objectives, principles and means.
- Principles of early rehabilitation treatment and rehabilitation after surgical treatment .
- New directions, trends and problems of rehabilitation therapy for children with rare bone diseases.
- Experience, problems and prospects for the development of a program for the diagnosis and treatment of Osteogenesis Imperfecta in children in the Republic of Kazakhstan .
- Discussion questions.
Pediatric orthopedic traumatologists, surgeons, pediatricians, endocrinologists, geneticists, rehabilitation therapists, massage therapists and other interested specialists are invited to participate .
