The International Association of Young Scientists (Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan) with the support of the Association of Legal Entities in the form of the association "National Movement "Bobek" held an International scientific and practical conference: "KAZAKHSTAN MAIN DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT: PAST, PRESENT, FUTURE". The main purpose of the conference is to place promising research results and practical developments of scientists, teachers, applicants (postgraduates), students and specialists in various fields of science and technology, to establish theoretical relationships between scientists from different regions of the post-Soviet space, to exchange scientific results and research experience. At the moment, within the framework of international scientific cooperation, the National Bobek Movement is working with leading scientific and educational institutions of Russia, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Moldova, China, Japan, Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Romania, etc.
Alchimbayeva Makpal Askarovna PhD doctoral student in the specialty "Public Health", senior lecturer of the Department of Medical Law and Ethics took part in this conference with a scientific article "Professional quality of life, self-compassion, resilience and empathy of medical workers during the COVID-19 pandemic". This article is included in the system of the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI). At the end of the conference , M. Alchimbayeva She was awarded the honorary diploma of the III degree Best Young Scientist - 2021 of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the medal "Best Young Scientist-2021".
