On February 16-17, 2022, the World Health Organization held a training webinar "From vaccine safety to distrust of vaccines, including vaccines against COVID-19", which was attended by faculty, residents and interns of the Chair of Pediatric Infectious Diseases of NJSC "AMU", as well as leading clinicians of the City Children's Hospital No.3 in Nur-Sultan.
The webinar was presented by Prof. Dr. F. Martinón-Torres, who is the coordinator of the WHO Collaborating Center for Vaccine Safety (Santiago de Compostela, Spain) and focuses on the main topical issues of vaccination: indications, contraindications, efficacy and safety of modern vaccines. Scientists around the world and WHO, based on the data obtained, are in solidarity that vaccination is producing results and the epidemiological situation in the world is stabilizing!
