From January 30 to March 10, 2022, the Private Fund "Birlik" held the Republican competition "100 best specialists of the Republic of Kazakhstan-2022". Representatives of 7 spheres took part, including education, healthcare, civil service and others.

The purpose of the competition is to identify the best specialists of the Republic of Kazakhstan, increase competitiveness, as well as encourage the best workers of the Republic of Kazakhstan in various fields based on the study of the techniques and methods of work of the winners-competitors.

The fundamental principles of the competition were the principles of equal conditions and opportunities for all participants in the competition,

As a result of the competition, the head of the Public Health and Management department Turgambayeva Assiya Kairbaevna became the winner of the republican competition "100 Best Specialists of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 2022" and was awarded a 1st degree Diploma in the field of "Education".

Turgambayeva Assiya Kairbaevna is an exemplary leader, candidate of medical sciences, associate professor, and excellent health worker. In 2021, under the leadership of Assiya Kairbaevna, Public Health and Management department t won the GRAND PRI prize in the Republican competition "The Best Department of the Republic of Kazakhstan - 2021" and received the title of "Best Department - 2021" in the direction of "Preventive Medicine".
