The "Electronic University" center was established in 2018.
Activities
Services provided by the center include:
- Transfer from one educational program to another;
- Transfer from universities within Kazakhstan;
- Transfer from universities in nearby and distant foreign countries;
- Appendix 2-1 (for assigning state social benefits due to disability, loss of breadwinner, and old age);
- Appendix 4 (for social benefits);
- Appendix 6 (for social insurance);
- Appendix 31 (for social benefits);
- Appendix 29 (for social benefits);
- Appendix 3 (for military enlistment office);
- Visa processing, academic mobility, embassies, migration police department;
- Certificate for foreign students (confirmation of university enrollment and payment receipt);
- Scholarship certificate for students;
- Employment certificate (indicating work experience and salary);
- Certificate from the educational institution;
- Archive certificates (curriculum, confirmation of study for "Kazpost" state corporation, salary information for the pension fund);
- Identification cards for staff and students;
- Logins and passwords for staff and students;
- Roles in automated information systems;
- Consultations for university staff on working with AIS "Sirius";
- Inclusion of newly arrived university staff in the AIS "Sirius" structure;
- Renewal and restoration of contracts for gratuitous provision of educational services (grants, contracts, rural quotas);
- Additional agreements to contracts (akimat grants, flexible payment schedules);
- Applications for state services and issuance of diploma appendices duplicates prior to 2012;
- Applications for transcripts;
- Applications for changing surname, first name, or patronymic;
- Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) for university employees of legal and natural persons;
- Consultative assistance in obtaining EDS for university employees of legal and natural persons;
- Lease agreements for housing (with students, staff, and attendees of professional development courses).
Achievements
- All types of services have been automated via the "Platonus" platform.
- The university operates a unified call center.
