Objectives
Implementation of timely processing of user requests, development of electronic services for students and employees of the University.
History of creation
"Electronic University" Center was established in 2018.
Activity
Services provided by the center:
- annex 2-1 (for the appointment of state social benefits for disability, on the occasion of the loss of a breadwinner and by age);
- annex 4 - for social benefits;
- annex 6 – for social insurance;
- annex 31 - for social benefits;
- annex 29 - for social benefits;
- annex 3 – for military recruitment office;
- for visa processing, academic mobility, embassies, migration police department;
- reference for foreign students (confirmation of studies at the university and receipt of payment);
- scholarship reference for students;
- certificate of employment (with indication of experience, salary);
- reference for students from the university
- archival references (curriculum, confirmation of study for the "State corporation "Government for citizens", on wages to the pension fund);
- identification cards for employees and students;
- logins and passwords for employees and students;
- roles in automated, information systems;
- consultations for university employees on using the AIS "Sirius";
- inclusion in the structure of the AIS "Sirius" newly arrived employees of the university;
- renegotiation and restoration of the contract for the provision of educational services (grant, contract, rural quota);
- additional agreements to contracts (akimat grant, flexible payment schedule);
- applications for public service and duplicates of the Diploma Supplement issued until 2012;
- applications for transcripts;
- applications for a change of surname, name or patronymic;
- EDS for employees of the University of legal entities and individuals;
- advisory assistance for obtaining an electronic digital signature (hereinafter referred to as EDS) to employees of the University of legal entities and individuals;
- conclusion of residential lease agreements (with students, staff and trainees).
Achievements
All types of services on the “Platonus” platform are automated.
- Unified call center of the university is functioning.
