The service center "e-University" of NJSC "MUA" was created to serve all categories of students, teachers and employees of the University in order to optimize and automate processes in the provision of services on the principle of "one office".

Services of e-University: ordering a certificate from the place of study, work, duplicate student card, grade book; submission of an application for a certificate of the presence or absence of a scholarship, copies of documents available in a personal file, a diploma supplement, production of smart cards, etc.

The center is equipped with an "electronic queue", self-service places have been organized, allowing students and employees in this office to receive online services in the AIS "Sirius" and also with an EDS from the NCA RK, egov.kz services.

The principle of the Center's work:  quality and accessibility, inadmissibility of manifestations of bureaucracy, red tape, high accountability and transparency in the provision of services, continuous improvement and optimization of the processes of services provided, as a result, leading to the economy and efficiency of the university as a whole.

The Student Service Center provides the following services:

• Reference. (Appendix 2-1 for the appointment of state social benefits for disability, loss of breadwinner and age, Appendix 4 - for social benefits, Appendix 6 for social insurance, Appendix 3 for the military registration and enlistment office).
• Application for academic leave.
• Reference (at the place of work of parents, bank, city libraries, hostel, passport office, internship, akimat, etc.)
• Application for withdrawal from academic leave
• Help (for visa processing, academic mobility, Embassies, Migration Police Department)
• Application for translation from one language of instruction to another
• Transcript. Application for transfer from another university
• Application for restoration.
• Application for transfer to another university.
• Application for recovery with repayment of financial debt.
• Application for transfer from specialty to specialty.
• Application for deduction.
• Application for a duplicate student card.
• Application for a duplicate diploma supplement.
• Application for the issuance of industrial practice diaries.
• Conclusion of contracts for the provision of paid educational services, contracts for the provision of educational services for students on a state educational grant (order), contracts for the provision of educational services within the quota for citizens who entered the aul (rural) youth.
