Stage I – Submission of documents to the admissions committee

List of required documents

1) an application in any form;

2) a document on education (original, when submitting documents to the admission committee);

3) identity document (required for personal identification);

5) a certificate of a foreign language proficiency:

International English Language Tests System Academic (International English Language Tests Systems Academic) (IELTS Academic) (AILTS Academic), the threshold score is at least 5.0;

Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Programm Internet-based Test (Test of English as a Foreign Language Institute Testing program Internet basic test) (TOEFL IBT) (TOYFL AIBITI), threshold score – at least 35 points;

Test of English as a Foreign Language Institutional Testing Program (Test of English as a Foreign Language Institute testing Program) (TOEFL ITP) (TOEFL ITP), threshold score – at least 417;

TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication), threshold score - no less than 550;

Duolingo English Test (Duolingo English Test), threshold score – at least 80;

by proficiency in German:

Deutsche Sprachpruefung fuеr den Hochschulzugang Niveau B1 (DSH, Niveau B1) (DYSIEICH, nivo B1) - not lower than level B1;

TestDaF-Prufung Niveau B1 (testdaf-prufung nivo B1) (TDF Niveau B1) (TYDIEF, nivo B1) - not lower than level B1;

French language proficiency:

Test de Français International (TFI) - not lower than level B1 in the reading and listening sections;

Diplome d'Etudes en Langue français (Diploma d'Etudes en Lang français) (DELF) - not lower than level B1;

Diplome Approfondi de Langue français (Diploma Approfondi de Lang Français) (DALF) (DALF) - not lower than level B1;

Test de connaissance du français (TCF) - not lower than level B1.

Test de connaissance du français (Test de connaissance du français) (TCF) (TSF) – not lower than the B2 level.6) a medical certificate of 075 / y form in electronic format, approved by order No. ҚР ДСМ-175/2020).

In the events of restrictive measures, a state of emergency, occurrence of social, natural and man-made emergency situations in a certain territory, a medical certificate shall be provided directly to the educational organization as these measures are lifted;

7) six 3x4 cm photographs;

8) personal employment records sheet or another document confirming labor activity, certified by the HR department at the place of work;

9) a list of scientific and instructional research works (scientific publications, research plan, essays and other documents) over the last 3 calendar years;

10) results of the preliminary selection (for the education field "Healthcare").

11) Envelope 11x22cm A4.;

12) Paper folder.

The documents listed in subparagraphs 4) and 7) shall be provided in originals and copies, after verification of which the originals shall be returned to the applicant.

Documents in a foreign language shall be provided with a notarized translation into Kazakh or Russian.

Stage II – Passing the interview

Stage III – Admission to the university

Admission to the number of undergraduates of the University on a fee basis is carried out by the admission committee of the University:

1) from August 15 to August 25 of the calendar year;

2) from December 26 to January 6 of the calendar year.
