The purpose of the educational program 7M10122 – MBA "Management in healthcare": Training of highly qualified healthcare managers with a high level of professional competence, capable of assisting in the improvement of the healthcare system in the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as possessing pedagogical and research skills.

The purpose of the educational program 7M10127 - EMBA "Hospital Management": The formation of undergraduates' basic skills of systemic business thinking in a rapidly changing business environment, as well as the ability to plan and advance a career in the healthcare system.
This OP has the status of a joint educational program, the partner in the implementation of the OP is Ariel University (Israel), on the basis of which internships and the development of elective component disciplines will be organized.
Duration of study -1 year, 60 credits
Awarded degree – Master of Business Administration in the educational program "Hospital Management"

Training in MBA /EMBA educational programs will contribute to the achievement of professional goals and career advancement, since the presence of an MBA / EMBA degree is one of the requirements for the qualification of senior management of medical organizations.

Persons who have mastered the educational programs of higher education and have at least 3 (three) are accepted for the MBA/EMBA educational programs years of work experience.

Persons enrolled in MBA/EMBA programs submit the following documents to the admissions committee:
- statement;
- a copy of the document on higher education with the appendix;
- personal personnel record sheet;
- a certified copy of the employment record;
- 6 photos 3 x 4;
- a medical certificate of form 075-U, approved by Order no. KR DSM-175/2020, together with a card on the passage of fluorography;
- a copy of the identity document;
- a copy of an international certificate confirming foreign language proficiency in accordance with pan-European competencies/standards (if available);
- essay on the choice of an educational program;
- a list of scientific and methodological works (if any).

Together with copies of the documents specified in this paragraph, the original is provided for verification.
Deadlines for accepting documents for the MBA educational program "Management in healthcare": from November 15 to December 15, enrollment until January 10;
Deadlines for accepting documents for the educational program "EMBA Hospital Management": until October 25, enrollment until November 1 or as groups are formed

Enrollment in the educational programs of MBA, EMBA is carried out according to the results of an interview in the NAO "MUA".
Training in the educational programs of MBA, EMBA on a paid basis.
The cost of training according to the Price list of paid educational services of NAO "MUA":
- MBA "Management in healthcare" - 1,600,000 tenge for 1 year of study;
- EMBA "Hospital Management" - 1,700,000 tenge, not including the cost of an internship at a foreign partner university.
