Young scientists of AMU participated in the competition "Zhas galym"
The Committee of Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a competition for grant funding of fundamental and applied scientific research of young postdoctoral scientists under the project "Zhas Galym" for 2022-2024 in priority areas of science development.
Young scientists of the NAO "Astana Medical University" actively participated in the competition.

Project on the topic "New technologies for pre-symptomatic diagnosis of tuberculosis and predicting the effectiveness of its treatment";
2. Kashkinbayev Yerlan Tursynbayuly PhD, Chief Specialist of the Institute of Radiobiology and Radiation Protection of NAO MUA
Project on the topic "Assessment of radon safety of the Aksu village school located near the radioactive waste storage facility and development of measures to reduce the risk of irradiation of students";
3. Ivan Ivanovich Stefanov, Assistant of the Department of Oncology of the NAO MUA
Project on the topic "Determination of the causes of diffuse gastric cancer (Helicobacter pylori, genetic burden) and development of preventive measures".
Additionally, the Science Committee of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan extended the competition for grant funding of young scientists for the project "Zhas Galim" for 2022-2024, announced on March 16, 2022 until May 3, 2022 (inclusive).
