Dr. Karlygash Askerovna Raisova – PhD in Public Health, holder of the highest qualification category in Public Health, and recipient of the "Excellence in Healthcare" badge of honor.
She graduated from Akmola State Medical Institute with a degree in Pediatrics in 1995, from "Turan" University with a degree in Jurisprudence in 2003, and completed her PhD program in Public Health at Astana Medical University in 2014. She has practical experience working as a pediatrician in a children's clinic, as well as academic and administrative experience in medical education and research. She has worked at the National Scientific Medical Center, the National Center of Public Health, and Astana Medical University.
