Master of Medical Sciences, surgeon of the first qualification category. She graduated from Astana Medical University with a degree in "Medical Science", completed an internship in surgery, a master's degree and a doctoral degree in the field of "Medicine".

She began her professional career at the Department of Normal Physiology, where she proved herself to be an initiative and responsible teacher, actively involved in research and methodological work. She has more than ten years of teaching and administrative experience, has worked her way up from a teacher and assistant to a senior lecturer and head of a university structural unit.

Author of more than 25 scientific publications, 3 acts of implementation

(2 in the clinical and 1 in the educational process), 21 author's certificates and 2 textbooks, one of which was published in the official language by state order. He regularly improves his skills, participates in academic mobility programs, international conferences and courses on innovative learning technologies, including the use of artificial intelligence in medical education.

For her significant contribution to the development of the university and the training of students, she was awarded diplomas and letters of appreciation from the rector of the MUA, and was awarded the title of "Best Curator". He is distinguished by his high professionalism, responsibility and commitment to the development of medical education in Kazakhstan.

Career and Employment Department

History of creation

The Center for Practice, Career and Employment was opened in January 2021 as a result of the reorganization of the University structure. By the decision of the Board of Directors dated August 18, 2023 (Protocol No. 8), it was renamed the Career and Employment Center.

Goal:

Organization of events aimed at promoting the employment of graduates of all levels of training.

The main tasks and activities of the Center:

- study of the need for medical personnel and the formation of a database on the availability of vacancies in the supervised regions in the context of specialties;

- placement on the university's website of vacancies for the employment of graduates offered by employers in the relevant areas of training (specialties);

- advising and facilitating the employment of graduates of all levels of training;

- interaction and organization of meetings with representatives of akimats, regional health departments, medical organizations, Financial center, employers on the employment of graduates;

- organization and conduct of personal distribution of graduates/young specialists and Doctors of philosophy (PhD) who studied on the basis of a state educational order;

- work with the UMOSK information system and electronic database Enbek.kz;

- monitoring of graduates' employment;

- Interaction with the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Financial Center, the National Scientific Center for Health Development named after S. Kairbekova, local executive bodies, health departments, medical organizations on employment issues.
