The simulation center is a space where students, teachers and practitioners hone their professional skills in conditions as close as possible to real clinical practice. The center was established in 2007 as an educational and clinical center, and since 2022 it has been operating under its current name, reflecting its key role in training personnel in the field of medicine.
Goal
to provide a modern and effective educational environment where theory, practice and science are combined. Classes are held here to develop basic and specialized clinical skills, as well as final exams and state certification.
A separate area is studying at international level courses.:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) — Basic Life support
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) — Advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) — emergency care for children
- PHTLS (Prehospital Trauma Life Support) — pre-medical care for injuries
The courses are conducted for students, clinicians and teachers. As a result, participants receive certificates.
The Center's priorities include:
- providing simulation rooms with up-to-date equipment (including highly realistic simulators and phantom systems);
- organization of the educational process in cooperation with clinical departments;
- preparation and conduct of an objective structured clinical examination (OCE);
- methodical support of teachers in the preparation of clinical scenarios;
- development of students' communication and practical skills;
- monitoring the quality of hybrid learning;
- participation in international initiatives and projects in the field of simulation education.
The center is actively working to ensure that every student has the opportunity to safely practice their skills before entering the clinic. This is not just a training, it is an important stage of professional development.
