From 07 to 11 November 2022, a seminar on the school of a young teacher "Teacher of a medical organization of education and science" was held. The school of a young teacher is an integral part of the system of professional development of teaching staff of the university.
The purpose of the Young Teacher's School is to organize pedagogical mentoring, assist teachers in preparing and conducting training sessions, developing teaching materials and extracurricular activities.
Tasks: - development of professional competencies among young teachers;
- acceleration of the process of adaptation of young teachers to pedagogical activity at the university;
- creation of conditions for professional self-realization: improvement of scientific and methodological level, growth of pedagogical skills;
- creation of a system of professional development of young teachers; - promotion of personal development and professional growth of young teachers in the conditions of higher education;
- ensuring productive interaction of experienced and young teachers in joint pedagogical activities;
- familiarization of young teachers with the trends in the development of higher professional education in Kazakhstan and abroad, the legal and regulatory foundations of the function of the education system;
- actualization and development of knowledge in the field of innovation in higher professional education;
- instilling in young teachers practical skills of pedagogical work at the university, contributing to the mastery of traditional and innovative pedagogical technologies;
- spreading (propaganda) of pedagogical skills of experienced associate professors and professors;
- identification of professional, methodological problems in the educational process of young teachers and assistance in their resolution.
