A competition is being announced for master's degree studies at the best universities in Indonesia within the framework of the Kemitraan Negara Berkembang (KNB) scholarship program conducted by the Government of Indonesia. The training period is 2 years, the beginning of training is 2023.
Kemitraan Negara Berkembang (KNB) is a scholarship program that offers international students the opportunity to pursue higher education at the 27 best universities in Indonesia. This year, Master's degree scholarship programs are available to students from different countries. This annual scholarship, coordinated by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, is a prestigious award that provides an opportunity to study at leading universities in Indonesia, as well as to live in the brightest and most diverse society in the world for talented students from all over the world.
Application for participation in the program is carried out online through the official website of the KNB: https://knb.kemdikbud.go.id / no later than February 15, 2023. Successful applicants will be able to study in Indonesia starting from the 2023 academic year.

SCHOLARSHIP COVERAGE
The scholarship covers:
• Tuition fee;
• Monthly scholarship payments;
• Visa;
• BIPA program (language courses lasting 1 academic year Foundation);
• Medical insurance;
• Economy class flight;
• Accommodation.
1. Students who have received a scholarship upon arrival in Indonesia will be given a settlement allowance in the amount of 1,500,000 Indonesian rupees (~46,000 tenge);
2. During the Indonesian language course and preparatory programs, new students will receive only a living allowance and a tuition allowance, which will be paid monthly;
3. During the academic program, the holders of the KNB scholarship will receive a monthly allowance consisting of a living allowance, a research allowance and a study allowance;
4. Medical insurance in the amount of 400,000 Indonesian rupees (~12,000 tenge) (In case the cost of medical services exceeds those covered by medical insurance, the difference must be paid by the scholarship holder);
5. International round-trip air ticket (economy class) from the international airport of the student's country of residence to Indonesia, including local transport to the host university;
6. The duration of the scholarship is exclusively correlated with the duration of the academic program:
• Indonesian language course - 12 months,
• Master's preparatory program - 24 months.
REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION
1. The maximum age for applying for a scholarship is 35 years.
2. Have a bachelor's degree (provide a scanned diploma of the degree and a transcript application in English). The holder of a Master's degree is not eligible to apply for a Master's degree scholarship.
3. 80 IBT TOEFL points, or 6.0 IELTS points, or 700 TOEIC points (the certificate must be obtained within the last 2 years).
4. Letter of recommendation for applying for a KNB scholarship from the Embassy of Indonesia or the Consulate General of Indonesia.
5. A letter of recommendation for applying for a KNB scholarship from an employer/direct supervisor.
6. Academic letter of recommendation from previous schools.
7. Proof of citizenship (passport or identity card).

TIME FRAME OF THE PROGRAM
1. The online application process must be completed no later than February 15, 2023.
2. The results of the selection will be announced on the 1st week of June 2023.
3. The deadline for confirmation is July 23, 2023.
4. KNB scholarship holders should arrive in Jakarta in the second week of July 2023.
