INFORMATION LETTER

              "Astana Medical University" is planning to hold a scientific-practical conference "АНАТОМИЯ ӘЛЕМІ".

              Organizer: NJSC "Astana Medical University", Department of Human Anatomy named after A.B. Aubakirov.

              Date and place of the conference: March 31, 2023. Address: Astana, Saryarka st. 33, 1st floor, Academic Council Hall, Department of Human Anatomy named after A.B. Aubakirov.

           Conference directions:

1. Methods for the preparation of wet anatomical preparations

2. Methods for preparing bone anatomical preparations

3. Methods for preserving anatomical preparations.

              Forms and conditions of participation in the conference: full-time participation of teams of 2-4 people with the preparation and presentation of anatomical preparations

              Conference language: Kazakh, Russian, English;

              Presentation: personal presentation of prepared anatomical preparations.

              Form of participation in the conference: presentation of prepared anatomical preparations.

Plenary speeches are determined by the Organizing Committee.

        Application deadline: 27 March 2023

For participation in the conference, participants who have previously applied for participation are requested to fill out the form (Appendix 1) and submit to the organizers an anatomical preparation, a short video about the preparation process. Participants will receive notifications of acceptance within five business days. Applications for participation are submitted until March 20, 2023 (inclusively).

Videos about the preparation of anatomical specimens up to 3 minutes long (videos longer than 3 minutes are not accepted) are submitted to Oralbekova Zhazira Oralbekovna oralbekova_1995@mail.ru. A message will be sent to the e-mail address you specified about the receipt of the video.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject the materials in case of inconsistency with the theme of the conference.

Materials that are not formatted in accordance with the requirements or submitted after the specified dates will not be accepted.

No more than two preparations are allowed per participant.
