On April 12-13, 2023, NJSC "Astana Medical University" holds the International Scientific and Practical Conference of Students and Young Scientists "Science and Youth: Discoveries and Prospects", timed to coincide with the Day of Science Workers.

During the conference's plenary session, scientists from Nazarbayev University, the National Biotechnology Center, the Academy of Preventive Medicine, Ariel University (Israel) , and others will discuss topics such as genetic research, the epidemiology of infectious and chronic noncommunicable diseases using Big Data from UNHS, the potential for the use of mesenchymal stem cells, and so on.

Schoolchildren, students, interns, residents, undergraduates, doctoral students, and young scientists from Kazakhstan and other countries (Turkey, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Russia) will attend the conference.

At the plenary session of the conference, the solemn awarding of the winners of the Zhas Daryn competition will take place.

Working languages for the conference: Kazakh, Russian, and English.
