A talented scientist and mentor Toleugali Adaibaevich Adaibayev has been working as a professor of the Department of Human Anatomy named after A.B. Aubakirov at the "Astana Medical University" NJSK since 2012, training future doctors and directing young scientists. During the half-century period of fruitful activity, Toleugali Adaibaevich educated several generations of practitioners and an entire school of researchers, took an active part in the formation of medical education and science in our country.
T.A. Adaibayev defended his candidate dissertation in 1990 and received the title of Doctor of Medical Sciences in 2004. In 2008, the Committee on Science of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan awarded him the title of Professor of Medicine. The direction of scientific research of T.A. Adaibaev: morphology, immunology, experimental lymphology and immunogenesis (immunomorphology of the organs of the immune system of fetuses and newborns with chronic intrauterine hypoxia).
In 1989-1990, as deputy dean, T.A. Adaibayev directly participated in the opening and development of the first Kazakh department of the West Kazakhstan State Medical University named after Marat Ospanov, preparing textbooks, scientific, pedagogical, and social work of the department and ultimately training highly qualified, competitive specialists. In 1989-1999 – he worked as Deputy Dean of the Faculty, in 2005-2012 - Dean of the Faculties of General Medicine, Pediatrics of the West Kazakhstan State Medical University named after Marat Ospanov. In 1993-2008, he was the scientific secretary of the Dissertation Council, in 2008-2010 – a member of the Dissertation Council for the defense of candidate and doctoral dissertations in the field of human anatomy, surgery and pharmacology, clinical pharmacology of the West Kazakhstan State Medical University named after Marat Ospanov.
For his great contribution to the field of science and education, T.A. Adaibaev was awarded professional awards of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan: in 2009 - “Excellence in Health Care”, in 2012 - “For Contribution to the Development of Health Care”, the medal “Veteran of Labor” in 2022, and was repeatedly awarded Certificates of Honor from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2007, T.A. Adaibaev was awarded the titles “Best Head of the West Kazakhstan State Medical University named after Marat Ospanov”, “Best Teacher of a Higher Educational Institution”.
In 2018, T.A. Adaibaev was awarded a laureate diploma in the category “Best Teacher” of the "Astana Medical University" NJSC.
In 2019, T.A. Adaibaev was awarded the title “Honored Professor” of the West Kazakhstan State Medical University named after M. Ospanov.
Doctor of Medical Sciences T.A. Adaibaev is constantly improving his teaching and practical skills, he is engaged in extensive publishing work - the author of 26 books, including 4 textbooks on the Modular Integrated Program ("Адам анатомиясы" - 2, "Анатомия человека" - 2) - 2016, 2017. and a teaching manual “Nervous System”, approved by the Ministry of Education and Science (2018), 19 teaching manuals on a modular integrated training program (2014-2023), a monograph “The Lymphatic System in Chromium Intoxication” (2008) and an electronic textbook "Адам анатомиясы" (2018).
T.A. Adaibaev published more than 390 scientific papers in domestic and foreign editions. He is the author of 2 inventions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, trained 8 candidates of medical sciences, 1 doctor of medical sciences, and 1 postgraduate student.
Continuing active scientific and pedagogical practice, Toleugali Adaibaevich Adaibaev and his students constantly take part in numerous international conferences and win prizes, thereby increasing the prestige of our university. As part of the academic mobility program, Professor T.A. Adaibaev regularly shares his wealth of experience, giving lectures to students and teachers of the North Kazakhstan University named after M. Kozybayev, West Kazakhstan State Medical University named after Marat Ospanov, and Semey Medical University.
Together with his wife, Excellent Healthcare Worker, and pediatrician of the highest category, Tagybergenova Galia Omirzakovna, T.A. Adaibaev raised three children and has seven grandchildren. Their children are worthy citizens of our country, two of them followed in the footsteps of their parents and make a great contribution to the practical and scientific fields of medicine.
